We are confident that our service and facilities will not be the cause for any complaint but the views and feelings of our patients are very important to us.
If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the dentist or any else at Arden House, please speak to our reception team who will be able to help in the first instance. Alternatively, ask to speak to our Business Manager, Lorraine Wheeler or email her on lorraine@ardenhouse.co.uk. We will deal with your complaint courteously and respond to your concerns promptly and sensitively.
