Looking after yourself is a huge part of preventing dental problems and regular visits to our team of hygienists will keep your mouth healthy. They will provide invaluable advice and are keen to promote better understanding

of preventative techniques. Our hygienists are trained to monitor gum disease and they use specially designed maintenance programmes to keep your teeth and gums in peak condition.

Each person is different and we will suggest a regular programme that suits your own dental needs. We also offer fissure sealants for all age groups as an excellent preventative measure.
