Feedback from questionnaire. Summary of questionnaire and link back to contact to leave more feedback.

We recently carried out a survey to see what our patients thought – good things and areas where we could do better.  Thank you to all those who took part – your feedback is much appreciated. 

We asked people for their views on a range of topics including the appearance and cleanliness of the practice, the helpfulness of the reception team and our dentist – Ian.

We were really pleased that the comments were so overwhelmingly positive.  People were particularly complimentary about Ian – saying things like “the best dentist I have ever visited”. They were also very complimentary about the waiting room, the overall premises, and the help they received from the other members of the team.

We asked people for the things we could change and although a lot said “Nothing” (thank you!) there are always ways to improve – the top three were :

  • More information about the treatments we offer, membership plans and 0% finance
  • Appointments after 5:00 during the week – although we asked, hardly anyone wanted us to open on Sunday
  • More things for children to do in the waiting room
