- Is your smile older than you?
Thank you for your patience, experience and most of all my new smile.
Miss R, Cheltenham
Did you know that your oral health has a direct effect on your general well being?
Your dental health and how you feel is important to us; we want to help you take control of your oral health and to help you feel better all over!
We offer a preventative long-term approach to help keep your teeth and gums in good condition. We welcome all ages and offer a wide variety of private treatments to suit everyone.
It is good to get into the habit of seeing us regularly; we recommend maintenance visits to help monitor your dental health, keeping treatment to a minimum. Although, we know, that’s not always easy (life, finances and nerves can get in the way). If you just want to come along every now and then, we will always be pleased to see you.
Not only do we care for your teeth, but an important part of your dental health is that of your gums and the soft tissues.
Our mouths reflect our lifestyle and general health so if you smoke and drink alcohol that will have an effect too. Be reassured we routinely check for signs of Mouth Cancer at every consultation.
Similarly if you suffer from diabetes, stress, take certain kinds of medication or if you are pregnant there will be a direct effect on your oral health. Even diet has an impact; drink fruit juice or fizzy drinks? – The acid in these drinks can damage teeth.
At Arden House Dental in Cheltenham we know that fears about bad breath, bleeding gums and gum disease can really affect your confidence.
