We are very sad to say goodbye this week to two very special team members.
Leanne has been with Arden House for 8 years as a hygienist. Leanne’s dedication and professionalism in her role has shone throughout her time here. She is loved by her many patients who appreciate her soothing, gentle manner. She has ably calmed the most anxious of patients, has actively advised and treated those with healthy or more problematic teeth and gums, and has engaged the younger generation in learning about the importance of good oral hygiene. She is always helpful, friendly and polite with customers and a supportive and well loved team member. Leanne leaves us to spend more time with her young family and we all wish her the very best for the future.
We are also saying goodbye to Kim our receptionist who retires at the end of this year. Kim has been welcoming patients to the practice since 2002 and is well known to nearly everyone who walks through our front door. Kim is an amazing receptionist. She always has a bright and helpful manner and is passionate about the care and wellbeing of our patients. She has outstanding attention to detail and a mountain of knowledge about how every little thing at Arden House runs. She works tirelessly on behalf of patients and sets the standards for the whole team to deliver the very best customer service. We know many patients will greatly miss her cheery voice on the end of the phone line and welcoming smile as they arrive at the practice. Team members will also miss Kim’s practical, no nonsense approach which has helped many of us through ups and downs. We all wish Kim the very best of luck in her retirement.
