The Private Dentistry Awards is one of the most prestigious organisations to recognise excellence in private dentistry within the UK and Ireland. They exist to recognize progress, effort and enterprise in general private dentistry carried out by teams and individuals. Those shortlisted represent rising standards in private dentistry and the tremendous efforts to provide a higher calibre of patient experience.
We are thrilled. Current times have been challenging for many businesses and this national recognition celebrates our hard work and determination to be one of the best.
Best Team – We are a great team and have grown over the years; a few faces have changed, as life evolves but our core and values remain strong and our focus on delivering a high standard of patient care is at the center of all we do. Our entry demonstrated how each member of our team has a vital role to play and that we have a great team approach and focus on patient care. We invest in team development and training and go above and beyond the regular duty of care. As a practice we regularly support our local community and charities, giving others opportunities outside of our clinic. Finally, our entry had to include testimonials and photos to support our application. We are always so grateful for lovely feedback and photos from our patients; no doubt these played a huge part in our success, thank you.
Best Website – All businesses seem to have them and we have recently relied on it more than ever to keep our patients informed about the current Covid situation. There is a lot of background work that goes into running a successful website, it’s not just the text and pictures you see. We work closely with Elephant Marketing and Breatheonline who continually monitor, adapt and improve our site. As a finalist we have demonstrated that we have a patient friendly website, that is interactive and informative. It is easy and clear to navigate through and is compliant with our professional bodies such as the GDC, GDPR and CQC. We are proud our website is unique; it mirrors our brand and values as a clinic and gives patients a true feel for what to expect.
Winners will be announced on December 10th. Unfortunately, this year’s gala celebrations will be virtual, however, we will pull together and cross our fingers for the opening of the envelopes.
