Our Fees

As you know, we are committed to delivering a high quality experience and treatment here at Arden House Dental and Cosmetic Clinic.  

We need to let you know about a necessary and unavoidable increase in some of our treatment fees.  Arden House has been subject to increasing supplier costs and the necessary employment of additional staff in order that we can continue to treat and care for our patients in the manner to which they expect, but above all, safely.

Costs have increased in almost all areas of our business, including materials, stock, services, staff and of course, personal protective equipment. It seems both Covid-19 and Brexit are amongst the main contributors. Since we re-opened following the first lockdown, we have had in place “additional safety fees” to help contribute to these costs, however, our business continues to absorb the majority.

Therefore in order to maintain our high levels of service and patient focus, we need to increase some of our fees. This is not a decision we have taken lightly and we hope that you will understand and continue to support us.

Our fees will increase for all appointments and treatment plans effective from Monday 2nd August 2021; we will of course honour all active, signed treatment plan estimates.  We shall also be removing our £6 non-AGP safety fee.

If you are an Arden House member, you will receive separate communication regarding your bespoke plan and what this means for you. We continue to thank you for your support and will not be increasing member fees until October 2021.
