The UK Health Security Agency (UK HSA) COVID-19: Infection prevention and control dental appendix was withdrawn on Friday 27th May. This means patients are no longer required to take any extra precautions when visiting us with regards to Covid-19.
We no longer need to insist our patients wear face masks or ask them screening questions on their arrival. Once you have let us know you have arrived, we hope you can relax freely in our comfortable lounge whilst you wait. There are complimentary refreshments, a “silent” TV and current papers and magazines to read too.
It remains important to us to treat you safely and look after our team. Although you may see some immediate changes, like the smiles on our faces too, our incredibly high standards of cross infection will remain, since Arden House achieves a Best Practice status.
If however, you have a confirmed diagnosis of Covid-19 when you are due your appointment, we politely request that you contact us to rearrange it, this helps us to maintain the well-being of our staff and others at the clinic.
We look forward to all smiling together again and putting the pandemic behind us.
