The Inman Aligner is a leading cosmetic dentistry treatment that can achieve great results in a fraction of the time of traditional orthodontic treatments. The Inman Aligner is a clear plastic retainer with two spring loaded bars that fit easily over the front four to six teeth. Unlike a regular brace, the Inman Aligner provides a continuous pressure to ease the teeth back into place efficiently and quickly. Surprisingly, this gentle pressure is the quickest way to move teeth, but it also makes treatment very safe and kind to teeth.

We offer a FREE initial consultation to discuss your needs and suitability for treatment. Following which we will take photographs and a digital scan or impressions of your teeth. From these, calculations are made to confirm your suitability for treatment and estimate the length of treatment time, along with associated costs. We will talk you through the process and create models and computer generated visuals to represent your finished straightened smile to give you a good idea of the final outcome before you commit to treatment. The aligner is fitted and teeth are sometimes smoothed to make room for movement. Whilst treatment is underway we will monitor your progress on a regular basis and make small adjustments to the appliance as necessary.

Apart from its aesthetic benefits, especially with the new “slim” aligner, the Inman Aligner is easy to use and with practice can be quickly inserted and removed for short periods of time, to suit your lifestyle. Once the teeth have moved to the desired position – a process that usually takes between 9 and 18 weeks – they need to be held in place by a retainer, these are either fixed and very discreet or are clear rigid aligners requiring nightly wear.
