Ridhwan qualified from the University of Sheffield with an honours degree, and came back home to the West Midlands. Ridhwan shares his time over several clinics where he’s fortunate to have developed a loyal referral base; his clinical practice is largely split between saving teeth through root canals treatments or replacing them with implants.
Ridhwan relishes the challenge of reinstating the confidence of dentally anxious patients and gaining their trust by dispelling the terrible myths of how unpleasant root canal treatment can be. It is not uncommon for patients to feel so at ease that they fall asleep during treatment. With the most advanced technology to hand, compounded with great skill, Ridhwan is able to proficiently tackle complex cases ranging from management of separated instruments, perforation repair, ledge management to surgical endodontics. He has received awards from the prestigious British Endodontic Society in recognition of his work.
He has successfully completed a Masters degree in Clinical Implantology and is in the process of writing a thesis towards a Masters degree in Endodontology. Ridhwan also holds the honour of being invited to be a member of the Royal College of Surgeons (England) and he holds the role of an accredited Straumann mentor.
In his spare time, Ridhwan enjoys spending time with his family and playing badminton.
