Sarah visits various schools and our local professional rugby club, Gloucester Rugby, to take impressions for the children and professionals alike. Arden House is now a proud sponsor of Charlton Kings Cricket Club.

Charlton Kings Cricket Club, on the outskirts of Cheltenham, is a friendly community cricket club which has been designated a focus club by the ECB to be a hub of the community network for cricket development, particularly for the benefit of children and young people. The club takes great pride in developing cricketers (both boys and girls!) through its youth programme into the senior sides.

Schulke Infection Prevention and Control Awards

Arden House were recently awarded runner up in the highly acclaimed dental industry Infection Prevention and Control Awards.

The awards have been running for 3 years and recognise the commitment of dental practices to outstanding infection prevention and control. We’re thrilled that we have been recognised by Schulke and The Dentist, who sponsor the Awards. The judges praised our entry for “putting the highest standards of infection prevention at the core of everything the practice does”.

At Arden House we take cleanliness and hygiene seriously and have invested in a sterilisation room which includes a specially designed instrument storage facility, automated cleaning equipment and top of the range sterilisers. We ensure regular tests, checks and audits are undertaken to make sure all our equipment is performing correctly. Our nursing team is trained in all aspects of cross infection control including hand hygiene, waste disposal and instrument transportation. We care about the safety of our staff and patients; therefore we insist on the use of gloves, masks, protective aprons and eye protection.

Patients can be very nervous and each member of our team has undergone training on how to make their visit as pleasant as possible.
