Gift treatment ideas for Christmas!

Treat yourself or a loved one to a life-changing treatment this Christmas or New Year – read about the treatments we offer below.

Mouthguards

There is a massive difference between orthodontic custom made mouthguards and mouthguards that you can purchase from sports shops which are a one-size-fits-all design.

If your child partakes in contact sports, an orthodontic mouth guard is a great gift for Christmas, keeping their teeth safe whilst they enjoy their sport. Some of the sports where orthodontic mouthguards are essential include rugby, cricket, squash, hockey, boxing and martial arts amongst many more.

As they are custom made to fit your child’s exact teeth shape, any blows to the teeth area are significantly less dangerous as the teeth are secured in position by the mouth guard, whilst shop-bought guards will cause the teeth to move with a blow and cause damage.

They are made from a compressive material that is also strong and flexible and any force will impact more slowly and therefore cause less damage.
