It’s almost a year ago today that the team at Arden House sadly closed its doors for a while due to the Covid Pandemic. Whilst we could call it an anniversary it’s probably not the sort we’d throw a party for and ordinarily get out the champagne and balloons! However, it is important to recognise how far we have come and what we have achieved this last year, when at times things seemed very uncertain.
At Arden House our patients have noticed the many changes we have put in place to keep them and our team safe. We remain unable to let you relax in our beautiful lounge, to have a complimentary refreshment, flick through the broad sheets, catch up on the latest celebrity news in the glossy magazines or share social conversations with fellow patients and staff whilst waiting patiently for your appointments.
Amongst some of the new additions to how we are working are the emails containing various forms we ask you to fill in prior to every appointment. Followed by our constant repetitive questioning every time you speak to one of our team. These questions are important as they help us to keep you safe. If anything should change significantly with regards to your health or you receive information, such as being advised you are clinically vulnerable, please let us know as this helps us to help you. If you are clinically vulnerable, we have extra precautions we put in place when you visit the clinic. Safety for our patients and our team remain one of our highest priorities.
We would just like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continued support throughout this most difficult year. None of us ever imagined words like lockdown, furlough or self-isolating would be day to day language! We believe there is a light at the end of this long tunnel and we hope very soon to be welcoming you back into the clinic under more normal circumstances. Until then, we remain open and covid secure to care for all your dental and facial aesthetic needs.
